The NIA has developed research infrastructure including genotyping, sequencing, computational and functional analysis, and data processing and storage centers to produce high quality data and results, which are made available to the scientific community through NIH-approved data repositories.
- Genome Center for Alzheimer’s Disease (GCAD)
- National Institute on Aging Genetics of Alzheimer’s Disease Data Storage Site (NIAGADS)
Genome sequencing for the ADSP is performed at:
- The American Genome Center (TAGC) at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS)
- John P. Hussman Institute for Human Genomics (HIHG) at University of Miami (UM)
The ADSP partners with the following NIA-funded programs for sample and data collection, generation, curation, and sharing.
